It is nearly impossible for one person, no matter how dynamic the leadership skills, to bring about a change that rocks school culture as deeply as implementing a school-wide PLC. Ideal leadership conditions call for support from central office, a trusted and respected principal, and a trusted and respected core team of teachers.
